You need to build sustainable healthy eating habits that will make you look and feel good. Combine this with a good training routine and you will reach your goals and maintain it.

Basic Self Defence
BASIC SELF DEFENCE

As 94kg muscular man, I train my self-defence skills for my own peace of mind. One can only imagine how the average woman and even man feels in South Africa. Self-defence, in my opinion, is not only a necessary skill, but also a fantastic technique for upper body cardio.

Rehabilitation
REHABILITATION

Training is only 50% of the way to a healthy and fit body. Nutrition and rest are just as important. Training is a fanatic way to improve one’s aging, but it cannot stop time. Injuries remind us of this. It can happen to the fittest person in the gym and more so to the inexperienced. Like people, injures are unique and some may take longer to health than others. The road to recovery can be frustrating, but I can provide an alternative training routine that can aid in ones recovery and their fitness needs.

Functioning Strength
FUNCTIONING STRENGTH

This is the most important aspect of my strategy. Most people struggle with day-to-day movement. The most common cause of this is inactivity, injuries or illness. With functional training we can make these movements easier to perform. Knees, the spine, shoulders are a few of the problem areas the most. Our body has an amazing system of co-dependents, by understanding these relationships, I can improve the overall health of the body.

ONLINE TRAINING

The new state of the world has sprung most of us to sit at home in self isolation. With conditions that force us to rather stay at home in order to protect one another, leaves us with no choice but to work out from home. Working-out from home can be difficult to get into, but with the help of a trainer it can be life changing. Having the mental support and one on one professional advice on any aspect of your training can encourage an active self-isolated lifestyle.

The push; is when you have a person or a situation moving you towards your goals. I prefer the pull; An attraction that will fuel you. The motivation within.

My goal here is to create sustainable eating and training habits that you can continue for the rest of your life. This is not a sprint, but rather a long walk on the beach. That is why I go to great lengths to ensure that you feel comfortable from day one.
